My name is Hayley and I make spiritually enchanted and manifesting candles, reed diffusers and wax melts.
5 years ago, I found myself really struggling with my mental health. I knew I needed to make self care a constant practice and not just a one off thing 'if I found the time' (or more often than not when I felt completely burnt out).
I fell in love with the idea that self care started as soon as I lit my candle. I could write in my journal, take a bath, enjoy a nutritious home cooked meal, put my music on and draw in my sketch pad. Once I started I got into it and it started filling my cup of self love. I felt empowered and in control of my life again, I was doing what I enjoyed and what I needed in my soul.
Abbie was struggling to find time for herself. She works hard and has a lot of responsibility on her shoulders.
But she worries about being her best self for work and home, as she frequently finds herself in a routine of feeling overburdened and burnt out.
She wishes she could find some extra time for herself so she could relax and recharge. She also misses being able to focus on the hobbies & passions she used to enjoy like painting.
She's since found me and now lights one of my Enchantment Candles once a week. When it's on everyone knows it's 'her time'. Some weeks she puts it on whilst she's having a long soak and reading a book. Other weeks she continues painting the beautiful landscape that's taking shape on her easel. She knows how to make time for herself and everyone else appreciates an empowered Abbie!
