Orders and Delivery

My Order

All of our products are handmade to order with love, magic and extra glitter, so please allow 5-7 days until you receive an order dispatch email.
If you choose to collect your order from Enchanted Wax HQ (our home address in South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 5NW), please choose that option and leave a mobile number on the checkout page and we will contact you directly when your order is ready for collection. We will text you with a time slot, our address and a mobile number just in case you get lost. Please let us know when you have arrived so we can bring your order out to you. It will be curbside pickup.
Refunds are only eligible to be received within 14 days of purchase if you have changed your mind. The item must be unused and in the same packaging as you received it. All refunds will be subject to items returned in a saleable condition. Contact us at enchantedwax@hotmail.com to arrange a return. Return postage will be paid by you. At Enchanted Wax we check our products are of the highest quality before dispatch. Should you receive an item you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours at enchantedwax@hotmail.com, with your order reference number and contact details as well as images of the product. We will discuss your options with you thereafter. If your order is damaged from the courier we advise you refuse delivery. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.


We use Royal Mail 'Standard 2nd Class' and 'Signed for 2nd Class' options to deliver our products. Therefore, please allow 2-3 days from your order dispatch email before you receive your product.
